FEM analyses

When developing special versions and bespoke solutions, but also when checking existing constructions, we use computer-aided FEM analyses on request and specially developed programmes produced in collaboration with Technical Colleges and Universities for the analysis of the cooling and tempering processes that occur in our roller systems.

 


Realtime analyses

These facilities can, of course, also be used to analyse already existing rollers in order to achieve the ideal rigidity and best possible heating or cooling performance by providing a precise measure of the real-time state of the system, as compared to our customers' requirements.

On-site analyses

Using mobile measurement technologies and a practised eye, we can offer you on-site advice on request and can provide an expert assessment of your roller systems and processes. 

Thermodynamic analyses

We can also provide analyses of the extrusion process on request.
